PARKING: The entrance to the Quorum Center parking deck is at 154 North Harrington Street. NCNG guests are welcome to park at Level 2 and above, in any unmarked space.

ACCESSIBILITY: Sidewalk and ramp access are available from this lot to the rear salon doors. Note, there is no ramp at the front of the building facing West Jones Street.

We aim to be an inclusive space for all participants. This year’s annual conference in Raleigh will feature:

Live captioning at plenary sessions.
Food allergy and dietary need accommodations.
Printed copies of the conference agenda available onsite.
Large print copies of the conference agenda available onsite.
We require all speakers to use accessible design in their presentations and to always use microphones so that everyone can hear and participate fully.

What should I wear?

Great question! Wear what’s comfortable for you! At NCNG events, you’ll see a mix of styles, from jeans and blouses to slacks and sweaters, and it’s all welcome. As always, layers are your friend!
We've made a handy look book for a visual reference.

Do I need to come to both days?

That's up to you and your organization. There are a wide variety of opportunities on Thursday, March 5th and we hope you'll find one that appeals to you. It's also a great idea to use Day Two to schedule informal coffee and lunch meetings with peers!

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact Kiara Moore to cancel or transfer your registration to another person at your organization. Registrations may be refunded up until February 2nd, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds can be given after February 23rd, but you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Please reach out to Kiara Moore with questions, cancellations, or transfer requests.
