Providing affordable, high‑quality health insurance remains one of the biggest challenges facing nonprofit employers. Join us for a virtual learning session designed for the North Carolina foundation community to explore the Center’s Association Health Plan (AHP)—a growing, sector‑wide solution focused on nonprofit workforce sustainability.
This session will provide an overview of how the AHP works, the wide range of medical and ancillary plans available, and the progress made during its first year. Participants will also hear directly from representatives of Marsh McLennan Agency and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, who will share insights on plan design, coverage options, and what makes this offering unique for nonprofits.
