NC Budget, Tax Policy, and Constitutional Amendments: Understanding the Issues

This session will provide an overview of North Carolina's current budget and tax policy landscape, including key provisions of the recently adopted state budget and major fiscal issues facing the state. Participants will also learn about proposed constitutional amendments expected to appear on the ballot and their potential implications for state and local government finances, public services, and future policymaking.
