Continuing the Disaster Conversation

Virtual Option Avaiable

Thursday, November 5, 2026
10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (EST)

How can philanthropy strengthen disaster preparedness, response, and recovery in an era of overlapping challenges?

Join funder peers from across North Carolina for a day of shared learning and collaborative problem-solving. Through roundtable discussions, presentations, and interactive mapping activities, participants will explore organizational disaster response plans, learn about collaborative funding approaches, and identify gaps in philanthropic support.

Together, we'll examine what it means to respond to ongoing and concurrent disasters and consider opportunities for stronger, more coordinated action.
