Professional Bio
As Director of Learning and Evaluation, Chelsey is responsible for stewarding the organization's overall approach to learning and evaluation to help the Foundation and its partners understand progress, generate insights, and develop and refine strategies. She works across program and operations teams to strengthen the Foundation's monitoring, evaluation, and learning methods in service of its vision, mission, and values.
Chelsey brings diverse experience within the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, from strategic communications and learning to community lending. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked for a national community development organization supporting K-12 leaders in promoting equitable educational opportunities and outcomes for students across the country.
Chelsey holds a Master of Science in Management from Wake Forest University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from George Mason University.
