Dante Haywood

Leading a cross-functional team at Cape Fear Collective to leverage analytics and community data for equitable outcomes in housing, health, and workforce systems, Dante holds a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and has managed complex data projects for federal agencies – including the IRS and CBP – at Deloitte and Accenture. Dante specializes in Python, R, and SQL, building scalable, data-driven solutions where no playbook exists and championing data as a powerful tool for social impact.
